i opted for the heritage style on my fatboy. bought the narrow signal bar, lights from j&p i think. pretty cheap....painters tape and a flexable ruler to get everything all lined up. measured like 20 times, and poked the holes. chrome washers w/rubber washers. this is to campensate for the narrow foot on the signal bar, and the lack of dimples on the fender. 1/8" holes on either side or the taillight, behind the bar allows for the wires to pass through the fender and into the taillight housing. female spade terminal allows you to plug right in. no holes to plug, as the licence plate stays in stock location. good luck on whatever you decide. BTW.....im running the hd. run, tail, turn module, and no problems what-so-ever. steve

Thanks So much snip0721. I managed to order every single part I needed one at a time on ebay. With luck I will have them all in time to do the install next weekend. Like you I opted for the narrow Heritage style bar, as I think thats the best choice for a Fat Boy. I also ordered new housings and custom bullet style red lenses. Your install method sounds exactly like what I am planing and the spade connectors sound like the perfect way to wire them. Thanks man, I am pretty stoked. Not three weeks ago they air lifted a club brother from an accident scene that was 100% attributed to lack of turn signals. I refuse to be part of a similar scenario in a feeble attempt to "clean up" the look of my bike. Too much light, is just about right.

I really like the relocation you did for the rear turn signals and I'd like to do the same with mine. Do you know the Kuryakyn part # for the bar? Is it #2099 by chance? Thanks!!!
