Hey brotha what foot clutch/jockey shift setup did u use?
I garage built mine. Made some plates to move the controls forward 1" which made room to mount a bracket to hold the clutch cable between the primary and controls. I used an exile foot clutch cable run under the bike. Nice and clean, and no cable run around the front of the bike. The shift arm I got on eBay, and proceeded to cut it apart because I didn't like where it put the ****. Welded it all back together and it's perfect for me. Here's some pics of the setup:

I have the same as jreichart but I never ran the brake line internal. LaBriola tank shift foot clutch, exile internal throttle, grip ace on the bars to eliminate the switch housings and exile aluminum grips. Clean and mean. One day I'll get around to the brake line. I have a PM master cylinder for it sitting at the shop.

Does anybody know if the exile internal throttle kit will work with 1.25" burly beach bars?

What size grips does website say? You may need to cut and weld.

Yes but I would weld it. I welded mine as drilling and using set screws was not nearly strong enough considering it is my throttle.

I used the Streamline internal throttle but i had to modify it a lot to make it fit the stock controls. i am telling you the Exile is the way to go. Only draw back is what grips you have to choose from. I think their throttle bar is jsut a little bigger than what most grips will fit, but Exile also sales grips that fit his internal throttle. I know first hand this is well worth the time, effort, and extra money to get that look. Just take your time and make it work. If you dont want the foot clutch go ahead and upgrade your clutch to a hydro unit and that will make running the line a lot easier. I used the Russell 3/16" brake line on mine.

The Exile internal throttle is great! I have Carlini bars and I had to ream/grind out the inside of the bars to get a good fit as these bars are double walled compared to stock bars.
The throttle side can use any grip that has an actual 2 piece grip. most grips that are not machined out of one piece of aluminium have a plastic throttle sleeve and the grip is glued onto it. You just have to pull it apart and re-glue it to the exile sleeve.
I went with his black set as that Is what I liked anyway.
