Yes i was talking about the aftermarket stuff that we use for our mods. I know I cant control what comes on a stock bike but I sure can control what I put on it afterwards, and I too being a union worker would rather pay someone here to make something for my bike even if it costs a little more.

A lot of official Harley parts and accessories are made in China, surely you didn't believe that all the official Harley stuff is is made in US.

Perhaps if so much of our tax money wasnt going to Americans that are too f'n lazy to work, American made parts wouldnt have to be so expensive. Maybe we should ship our lifelong welfare recipients and professional unemployed over to china.

I've never ordered a product from a foreign country to put on my bike. It comes from the states, so SOMEBODY that's American is selling it. I'm ok with that. That's what American capitalism is all about, right? That's what this country is built on. Was it manufactured by some sweaty Chinese kid for 5 cents? Maybe. But that American business owner got a great deal and sold it to me for what I think is a decent price. Congratulations to me... I just helped the US economy!!!

Sigh...I guess I'll have to give up the dream of running Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes, Spiegler likes, and other performance brands like that on my bike for some other non-proven American alternative...

Hold on while I get my mullter hat.

'MURICA!!! **** YEAH!!!

I'm glad people in Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America don't ride Harleys...that would be a travesty since we're all about keeping it in America...

I might also add that I am currently looking into air suspension for my front end as well. Why? Because I can! I currently only find American made for that though and even this is a little steep and deep for my pockets. My choice would be to stay American though even if I could afford another that was made out of country. I will wait, save or blow that mod off unless.......JD?
