Default Backrest/rack widths

Hi, can anyone assist me? I have a 2006 Softail Standard 200 rear. I am looking for a quick release back rest with luggage rack. Not sure when buying second hand if taken from other models will fit (example 2003 Fatboy)? Thanks in advance if someone has the answers for me.

Based on my experiences, you need to find one that fits the width of your rear tire/fender. An '03 Fattie has a narrower tire than your 200 and therefore won't fit. I'd start first by looking at a Harley accessory catalog or the website.

Good luck and welcome to the Forum.

2007 and above, a Fatboy will work. They had the 200 tire then.
