Default need some softail help

i just bought a 21" front wheel and i was wondering if my stock fender was going to work with this larger wheel, and if there is any mods that i would have to do to get it to fit, and if there is a certain tire i might need to make it fit under the stock finder?

It will fit under your fender with a 120-70-21 tire or smaller.

Now my rim is a 21x2.15 wish it was 3 or 3.5 but like I said could not pass up on the price! Also how will this change the handling and is it going to feel lighter in the front?

With the 21x2.15 you need a 90/21 or a 90/90/21 tire It will fit fine. No issues.
