So have some extra cash floating around and looking at buying a lift table.
Which tables are you guys using and the good and the bad?
Ones I'm looking are the Handy 1000lb lift and the bob1500.
And titan 1000xlt and 1500.
Really liking the titan 1500. Its hydraulic/air with a manual foot pump. But not digging the fact ramp doesn't lift with the table it saYs on the floor.
The 1000xlt seems to be about best bang for buck. Comez with vice and side extensions... also do work with quads and sleds.... and the titan lifts come with a roller plate for the rear.
But the handy lifts seem they are a bit stouter but mayne not. Waiting to hear.back on a used bob 1500... but guy wants 1500 for it. Seeing if he drops price.
But what are you guys using? And where did you buy? Nice thing is I'm 45 minutes from JP so don't have to pay the $150-200 shipping.
I have the handy lift (with the direct lift name on it).
I am very happy with it... I do not have experience with the others though.
I made up my own extensions for my lawn mower and buddy's can am i was working on... The $200+ extensions were an afterthought, but the holes are already in the basic lift. I just got some pipe from lowes, slid them straight through the stand, and then made 2x8 ramp and sides to match the existing ramp and table. Works great for me. Only complaint is taking the vice on and off is a slow process when I went to work on front end, but overall I am very happy with the quality and (only 2 years now) durability.
I paid the shipping :/ Actually it was a gift from my father for maintaining and keeping his bike ready to ride in my garage all the time!
Handy is what I've used for years and it's tough. Had the snow collapse the roof on a buddys shop I was rebuilding my Evo in and the bike was the highest thing in the shop. Bike ended up in the corner with seals blown out of front forks and the shock studs bent on the back. It just tweaked the back of the Handy 1000 lift which I was able to tweak back and added a piece of diamond plate aluminum, on the deck, which was a good add anyway. My best advice is to get a Handy but one with the drop out in the rear for changing rear tires. Otherwise you have to jack it way up in the air with a scissor jack to get the tire out and things get tettery. Mines also air and can lift a loaded Dresser.
I have the Titan XLT and love that thing. I can fit everything from the Chopper to the Deluxe on it. I live close to the dealer so like you didn't have to pay shipping. I'm sure the Handy would be great but I couldn't justify the extra cost.
Just stay away from COMPLETE HYDRAULIC SALES AND SERVICE. They are a bunch of crooks!!
Thanks guys.. waiting to hear back on a used handy with drop out. Other wise ill probab ly end up with a titan 1000 or 1500... jp is close by and with the gold card under 1300 for the 1500xlt

I do appreciate the fine qualities of the Redline 1500 with the identical plate side extensions and the air lift. I had to make my own side extensions for my Harbor Freight foot pump model, out of 2X6s, 1/2" pipe and Ubolts which I non skided with orange and black paint and sand. I bolted on a hands free front wheel chock also from HB. I drive an 07 Electraglide with an aftermarket tour pack for over 800#, up on it though I do have to do the foot pump to raise it up, but for a $300 Harbor Freight lift I have to make do.
I don't have any experience with any of those lifts you mentioned but I do have the Harbor Freight lift. It works like a charm and it only ran me $400 ish.
Has the cut out for the rear wheel. The only thing that sucks on it is the front wheel vise. Luckiky it's easily replaced. I replaced it with a Titan vise.
Lift is sturdy and gets the job done. No need to spend thousands unless you have the money to throw around.
