Actually, not a word. At least not according to Mirriam, Webster, Princeton or Dictionary.com. Wikipedia does think it is though, but that's not a real reference. Your link does not define comfortability at all, just the root word comfortable. So, not a word in the English language, even though urban dictionary might think so.
