Was on a ride this past weekend thru Little Tujunga Canyon. Came around a left hand corner and found debris in the road. Swerved right to avoid it, however even though I missed it with both tires, my left extended hardbag didn't fair so well.
Anyway to fix this, it is ABS? I have an amp in the extended portion powering 4 speakers. Insurance says they'll replace this hardbag, however the place I purchased it, no longer carries ABS bags.
I was also thinking making a cover out of diamond plate and covering on both bags, might look kinda cool and give added protection.
Any ideas, it is very similar to an extended Sinister bag.
