Well, the stealership here in Junction City, Ks offered me too much for my FXST on trade....... So I traded up to a spanking new 2013 FLHX Street Glide......
Man I've toyed with that as well but I'm wanting a Ultra, but I love my Heritage too much and I'm not in too much in a hurry to pay the damn 6% sales tax on a new bike.
I think I'll wait a couple more years and instead of trading, I think I might just add to.
So does this really mean your're leaving us blue collar Softail guys to hob **** with the white collar Cruiser set. We're really broken up, and all we have done. And all over $5.00...
Oh, calling the dealership "stealership" and then immediately following that statement by telling us they offered you "too much" for your Softail on trade doesn't make much sense to me. Sorry, had to say that!
Good luck Dude. Me? I could never see myself with anything other than a Softail and especially the one I now have. When I bought this bike I knew it was going to be my last bike. If anything I would add a 2nd bike, preferably something like the 70 Electra-Glide I had. I would love to have an old shovel and do it up right, a real street beast.

Same...2 much heart invested in mine now to cheat.
