Default question about wheels

Been wanting to put new wheels on my bike and I figured I'll do the 18" rim in the front and stay 16" on the rear wheel. I looked and seen pm wheels and was wondering if they are good wheels or not? I was thinking spokes (not the fat spoke) and is it better to get sealed wheels or just get unsealed and get tubes?

Default sealed

Sealed would be the way to go so you can run tubless. Mucho easier to fix a flat that will get you to tire shop. Don't know if you're running bias or radial tires but I found they don't make an 18" radial that I've found.

PM wheels? You mean Performance Machine? Yes, they are the best wheels you can get IMO. I have a set of RSD wheels on the way myself. PM and RSD are the same animal.

Ok thanks guys. My brother said the same thing about getting a sealed rim. I looked at the spoked rim they sold it was like a grand for one rim. (for spokes) wow.

Whatever you need hit me up for discounted forum pricing. PM has been in the aftermarket wheel business longer than any other company.
