So here I am in the great state of Hawaii, and City Cycle in Honolulu wanted 700 for a 15,000 mile Service. Horse *****! So I used the chance to get the tools needed for my springer, a shiny new lift and did all the work myself. Never realized how simple it can be once you figure out that they are stealing your money. I'm so proud of me.

They don't call it Cycle Shitty for no reason. The only reason I would go down there was to talk to Lex in parts. She was the bomb!!!!

 

You got it! The only way to go or an idept. mechanic (I have 2 good ones). That way you know it was actually done also...and for half price or less...

 

I guess it depends on the dealer. I bought a 3 yr service contract when I bought mine and they change all 3 holes and all the scheduled maintenance and adjustments every 2500 miles for $1200. I gotta get another 3k miles by june so I can get the 20,000mile service in before it runs out.
