Surprised they didn't pay for the overnight...if it was just the pulley and their mistake...their "experts" in the wheels and such game...and they are not cheap at all...they should have paid...especially after you waited all that time.

If it was their fault that you got the wrong pulley there is no way I would have paid a dime to get the right part overnight.

I'm glad you got the wheels! So sorry about the other ones missing. There are some pieces of sht walking around seriously :/

On the pulley... I'm surprised they didn't offer to pay for the overnight shipping. Regardless of what the 'standard shipping is'. We're not talking about $20 worth of product that you can buy anywhere and it comes within few days. Shoot - $2K for rims and stuff - you'd expect some level of accountability as experts.

ok update.. Car is at the dealer and the insurance approved it. To top it off the moldings on the side that the crates landed on are bend. Thank God for insurance, I have a rental as well. Still thieves are the lowers form of a human behavior. IMO

As for the over night shipping feedback, It was only 74 dollars and we split it. I must say though that they send a self request UPS return. Meaning they paid for the returned pulley.

Hopefully they get caught, but in the mean while, do not let it bother you.. mover forward, move higher.
Thank you brother for the advice on how to deal with this. Feeling powerless is a messed up feeling but can be addressed.

If you harm the thief you go to jail. Personally, I think their would be a lot less thieves if they knew getting shot was an occupational risk.

Personally I think we should leave politics and gun laws out of this thread. I have a feeling it'll head that way....

Dark Lo - glad you're working things out. Please please post up some pictures with the wheels on! I'm still waiting for mine ahhhhh!

At least they set it on crates vs. dropping it on the ground.
