Those of you that own the different seats. I'm wondering which seats offers what for the best price and comfort. Again I have a 2006 Softail standard and am looking at a Lepera Silhouette Solo with Biker gel. I understood the barebones was a little rough especially on long rides. Is the silhouette with gel any better? What are some other options with close to that look? Danny Grey? Mustang any?

I really like my Mustang. The Lepera woulda been my first choice looks wise. I was looking for something with a reasonably comfortable passenger seat that could be taken on and off. The Mustang is much better than stock for longer rides and looks pretty good.

Check out C & C Seats www.ccseats.com great quality and price. I have one on my Fatboy and like it better than the Corbin or the badlander that I had.

I love my new Corbin Gunfighter! Ordered it without the hardware for the backrest (no cover piece...), and a "nose job" (slim front end for us short guys...)and got it in 2 weeks. Great fastener system, great looks! Corbins are a little tough to break in, but a superior saddle IMHO! My butt and my wife's butt says, "Yeah, Corbin!"

Good luck!

Steve

Lapera looks great but hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. I put a HD Brawler on my standard becauseI like the way it looks and I have been surprised at how comfortable it is. Can ride all day without butt pain. It is made out of cowhide and you sit a lot lower also. I love it. Cost me $270.00 at the dealer.
