Default Regular Gasoline

I have a 05 Fatboy - 88 - 1450...I always use premium gas, but this one time I had no choice but to fill up with regular gas...Any issues or concerns I should worry about?

Not something I would do on a regular basis. But sometimes you have no choice.
Probably voided your warranty.

I've got a high mileage 05 88 and it pings with bad gas or low octane.

Add some octane booster if you're concerned.

If your engine is stock and you are not stuck for long hours in traffic (high temp engine running) you should be OK, I tried it a few times, bike was slightly sluggish (yes I noticed it, maybe it is the Cams !) and my fuel mileage was affected, to be honest I do burn maybe 500-600 Liters (we are in Canada that is like 120- 160 galons) every year, I figure the extra cost here is around 70$ year around, so not worth it for me.

Also remember in many areas (depends where you live) Premium is Ethanol free which helps my peace of mind.

Anyone ever ran 100 octane in their bike? Every time I fuel up with 93 I wonder what that 100 next to me would do lol

Nothing, octane is not power, it's measure of how hard the fuel is to ignite.
The higher the octane, the harder the fuel is to ignite.

It'll just run sluggier and muddy feelin. Higher octane fuel burns slower. Unless you have the compression or advanced timing to utilize it you're not going to benefit from it.

I'm in AZ. On REALLY hot days like when we get a heat streak and it's over 120 out on the freeway I'll usually throw a SPLASH of octane booster in the tank to keep it from pinging. Anymore than a tad and I'll notice power loss.

i run regular in my bike anyway. I found a station near me that sells regular non-alcohol gas. it is 20c more but I get an extra 1.5 mpg in the truck. The bike is an HD so I don't worry too much on it's mpg.
