Alex is a straight shooter. He will take care of you and any problems you have. We have two of his fairings on our 2010 Softail Deluxes and are thoroughly satisfied with his product and service. Don't take the attitude that you hope you don't ever have to deal with him. He is a super dude.

No he's not. He plain and simple lied to me, charged me for something I didn't get, and then refused to own it. Everyone's a good dude when you get what you pay for, it's how they deal with problems that makes them good or bad, and I believe a company should do everything possible to satisfy a paying customer.
Not trying to get into a spat, but I can prob dig out some emails from him that no owner of a company should ever send to anyone, never mind a paying customer.
UTZ bike looks good, did it come with the pinstripes?
Hey kozy22...yeah, not good to get into spats with other brothers...I learned that long ago in my youth. Everyone has their bad experiences and everyone has their good ones. I have seen Alex at many of the Daytona, Leesburg and other rallies. He always has a booth full of folks that are having his fairings installed. There also are usually a few folks who've had him do previous work and they are all just like me...thoroughly satisfied and supportive of his product. You and I both know that emails in this social media filled world can get ugly and out of hand. No need to dig them up...I'm sure they happened with you. I've gone through the same thing with other vendors I've dealt with. Just sayin' that my experience with Alex was nothing but a "bend over backwards" guy who righted a mounting issue and a missed part issue I had. And he did it in record time. I just wouldn't want your experience to taint anyone else's opportunity to score a fairing that is a third of the price of the fancy ones and that is every bit as functional. Ride safe bro.
