Not sure what's wrong with the pre-drilled 1 1/4 inch bars but the Buffalo bars are reasonably priced and work with the 1" risers as do the chubby's. Other then that you could always just drill and intenally wire any set of bars you choose to buy yourself.
shoot I just drilled my own holes on my wifes shovel. Just start your mark with a center punch and then get the right size drill bit, can't remember right now maybe 3/8? then file the hole with a round file so you don't cut up your harness... then you've got it made. good luck. oh, and if you don't wanna do it yourself a custom shop will do it too.
You don't have to change your wires with most 1 1/4" bars. They are stepped down at the rise mount so that you don't have to. They work with your stock risers. I have the 12.5" Wild1 502 bars and they are setup for internal wiring.
