Save the $150 and start adding $20 per week to it instead of spending it. Then you can have vacation money or the cash for a really big mod.

p.s whatever you do... don't get spike gas caps... seen what that does ... well didn't look actually.. to a man/person in a sudden stop

50 more and you can get this cap and gauge you can also get them in chrome. the ones shown are black.

That's my next mod after I purchase a new front tire to replace the balding one currently on my bike and a helmet for my girlfriend. Bein poor sucks.

I really like those but I've read they can get stuck in the down position. That and they cost too much.

Yup, mine currently is. Need a flat blade/knife to pop it up. Ordered a new pop-up cap from Drag Specialties. Got it yesterday, wrong side. Asked if it was vented or non-vented? Googled and read the tank was vented so I went with the n/v one. Damn, left hand thread! Had to send it back today and eat the $7 S&H. Frigging thing isn't worth $7!

My 2 cents, steer clear of them HD flush mount caps and gauges.
