They are mountain bike pedals with the threads cut off. Then we cut the ends off the stock pegs and welded them onto the pedals.

DK Customs is a sponsor here and they have something similar.

As promised here are some pictures of the Thunderbike risers and my new bars installed. They're Carlini bag drag bars. The Thunderbike risers measure 2.5" tall total whereas the stock risers are 4" tall. Excuse the dirt and dust. She's been sitting in the garage all winter.

I'm not usually a fan of bars other than apes on Breakouts, but those look nice.

Yeah I like apes but wanted to try and keep the lower profile look similar to stock. This was the best option I could find while still providing good pullback. I've barely had a chance to test them but so far I love it.

Nice choice, good to see some different bars on the breakout. Any pics showing the whole bike with em on?

I have a few. I'll try to put up a couple different angles and sides.

Oh and even though the cables fit and I have enough slack it's no extra on the brake, throttle, and idle cables. Thought it was still going to work but after riding a bit more I found the front brake cable was rubbing the tank a bit. I fixed it for now but will end up getting extended cables just to provide plenty and keep them away from the tank. Clutch has plenty still and will not need changed.

Can anyone confirm if the diameter of the Breakout and CVO Breakout risers is different? I picked up some riser extensions and they measure 1.75". However, the opening on my triple trees is only 1.5". Accordingly, my risers and the washers are even smaller. I'm trying to determine if I was sent the wrong set or if they are supposed to be different.

1.75 × 1.75 is what I made for my bike.

Darn, looks like these are correct then. Thanks for the confirmation.
For those that switched from regular Breakout risers to CVO risers, did you just have a gap in your trees? I guess you can't put the regular risers on the CVO, which was going to be the other direction I tried. This would actually be ideal if they fit and I could use the top part of my CVO clamp and speedo casing.
