Very cool. Looks like we have the same wheels. 99 was a good year for FXSTC's. Mine is pretty much stock except for lots of chrome stuff which the PO put on it before I got it.
Looks like you really got to stretch to them handlebars?
Had a badlander seat too, let that one go real fast.
Here's my last bike. It was a 99 FXSTC as well.
Put a fatboy front fender on it and 16 inch wheel as I never did care for the skinny tire look.
