I've seen one. No room for a fender, as it appeared the headlight on that bike barely peered over the front tire. Lol. I think a 30 may actually be crossing that pinnacle of being "too big".
30" on a softail isn't far off from this http://www.brekus.org/hi-wheel/lake.jpg.... and just because it has a motor dose not mean you will look any more cool thats for sure. To each their own I guess!

So I take it you haven't seen one like the original question asked? Thank you for the useful reply.

30" is certainly getting big on a Softail. The 26" doesn't look bad IMO. The HHI red bike is a good looking machine.

I really like the 26". I had been debating 23 vs 26, but the extensive mods just to do a 26er are just unreal. I'd rather not chop my frame if I can avoid it. However, once you go that route, the 30" does become more......appealing. In the "If you're going to chop, might as well go all out" sense. Lol.
If you were seriously thinking of doing this. And, seeing as how you already have the other "big" wheel sizes, I'd encourage you to go 30". Plus, you obviously hit the nail on the head. Being, we NEED more examples of softails with 30" wheels.
