just wanted to share some pix of his bad aZz fatty
reworking the fatty
the aftermath -
polished the rims with him , still waiting to paint the inner portion with plasti-dip or maybe powdercoat them black not sure yet- he just wants to ride
but you can see how damn nice the polished rim lips turned out
still waiting for a exhaust
thanks !! he likes the ww he got one for the rear it looks awsome , il try to get more pix when its back together - we took it apart again to do some motor work, its in bits now
I agree with Elfnyc change the front wheel and it will make a big difference probably ride better in most situations the solid wheel can give you some grief at times. The right front wheel will make a huge difference
Nice looking bike! I have the same rims...what did you use to polish the rims..I love them!!
lots of steps to clean them up
clean them up a bit
use scotchbrite pads to get the heavy work done first
then go from 600 grit all the way up to 1000 or 2000 wet paper the more u sand and smoother you get at this step the better the end result will be
once thats done get yourself some mothers and polish away !!
you can do by hand but it gets tedious an hand numbing lol
get yourself a polishing wheel and drill ... much faster and better job
