This is the line I used:
Amazon.com: Gates Rubber Company 27093 5/16submersible Fuel Line: Automotive Amazon.com: Gates Rubber Company 27093 5/16submersible Fuel Line: Automotive
I have seen in here that a similar line is available through NAPA as well, but i didn't go there.

I suppose it would be good to replace the hoses again even though I replaced them about a year ago. Might as well since I'll have it all pulled apart. Thanks for all the information, I'll let y'all know when I get her back on the road.

Twice in 43k have I had a miss.
1st time at 16k it was do to a battery bolt being loose. tightened it up and all was fine.

2nd time it was a pin hole in the gas line inside the tank at 33K. From fill up till I'd ridden about 90 miles she was fine. Around 90 miles into the tank she'd start missing, fill up again and all would be fine.
I limped to a dealer as I was about 500 miles from home and 2 hrs later with all new gas lines and filter inside the tank. Since them she been perfect.

I've read that the Ethanol in the gas we now have can cause the pin hole in the gas line as some people with out-board motor boats are having the same issue.

Pinholes as stated, or water in fuel, install about 5 oz's of Heat additive, the red bottle only, isopropyl. Fill tank with fuel and run for awhile.

Something I just thought about...don't know if this matters. As far as the fuel level I'm just below half. And, she'll crank right up and run....and run some more. But I take her on the road and get the throttle up...and bad things happen...

Sounds like pin holes. Go fill her up with gas and see if it goes away.
