If a newer 103B softail had dirty injectors could that cause the bike to run lean?
My feeling is that the 02 sensors and the EMC would sense a lean condition and broaden the fuel injector pulse to compensate for the partially plugged injector.
Is this correct in theory?
Also if you had a lean condition due to dirty or partially plugged injectors wouldn't the EMC throw a code anyway?
My bike seems to run hotter than my previous 103 Harley. I have no codes and although I don't notice any pinging or spark knock this beast seems pretty darn hot to me.
Thanks
