Hey guys. After about a month of looking...taking the safety class to get my endorsement..I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first HD. I got the '14 Breakout in vivid black. I owned a sport bike in my early 20's (Yamaha FZR1000) and that toy lasted about 2 years. driving it taught me several lessons...first and foremost...I don't need to ever go that fast. When I knew I was in the market for a bike I knew that a cruiser was the only way I'd go. I had looked at HD several years ago. I almost got serious about it then...but financially I wasn't in the market. I remember seeing the Rocker at a dealership and really liked it. As well as a Wide Glide. Anyway...fast forward to now. My list of requirements for the bike was pretty slim...I wanted an aggressive looking bike...fat rear end...with lots of black and chrome. When I walked into the local dealership and saw the Breakout sitting there I knew I was done looking.
So far the only thing I have done was added the Daymaker headlight. Exhaust will be done soon. I hope LOL
Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum. Hold on to you wallet because if you spend any amount of time here reading it will soon be empty.
Yeah trust me I know...I already have plenty of plans and that was before I even signed up. I can only imagine the ideas Ill get from here! Better get a part time job or a sugar mama LOL
