Hey guys and girls, im currently working on putting a 99 fatboy frontend on my 07 fxst. Wheel size will be a 21" hd slotted wheel. I also purchased a used fatbob rear fender that im gonna chop. I do have a couple questions for you pro's out there. Has anyone dine this and do you know what size of wheel spacers I need? Is the front wheel going to end up off centered? It kinda looks that way seeing how close the brake rotor is to fork and I still have to mount a 99 brake caliper that I dont have yet. Advice needed and welcome!!
Thanks, Doug

Another question?? Could I just buy an adaptor to put my current brake caliper from a 07 softail on my new 99 fatboy frontend or do I have to buy a whole new/used 99 fatboy brake caliper? Or does anyone have any for sale?
Sorry, I can not help with the technical questions you asked. I am interested to see how the bike looks when you get it back together. The rear fender looks good.

Thanks, badlands.. I will keep posting pics of my progress. Im just waiting on a new front brake caliper. Once I get that I should beable to measure the wheel spacer sizes.
So heres the new brake caliper I ordered to fit the 99 fatboy frontend. I mounted it and it looks like the 21" wheel is going to be offcentered. Anyone have any experience with this? will the bike still ride straight or is it going to track one way now? Any advice appreciated.
I put a similar front end on mine and the front is slightly off center. I do not notice any issue at speed and the trees at 0* makes her turn on a dime.
that caliper is a piece of ****. there is an adapter from vtwin thst makes the newer 4pots retro to your fork. i have a 1995 and the brakes are crap. harley brakes aren't exactly cutting edge technology.

Do you know what size spacers you needed? I havent measured mine up yet and curious to know what size yours are . I plan on using washers first to try find a measurment.
