Default carlini high roller risers tightness?

Spent the weekend tearing into the bike and adding all kinds of stuff. Got my apes and risers on all carlini. Do the high roller risers completely tighten down or is there suppose to be a gap? I've got these things tightened down really right but there's still still a gap

If they are tight and the bars don't slip I would keep it at that. Allows you some extra give if things stretch/compress later

I'm assuming you mean there is a gap between the top-part of the riser and the bottom? There should be -- then you know all the pressure is on the bars. If you could bolt them right up to each other, then the pressure wouldn't be on the bars and there would be a high chance of them slipping.

Be careful with the risers, the metal is VERY soft and scratches easily. Thumbs up to Carlini for replacing mine for no cost (thanks Rex!). SJ Ron
