Default How much?

I am going to change my oil and filter. How much oil do I need? I plan on getting the service manual soon.

4 qts.
Fluid capacities should be in your owners manual.

Are you changing just the crankcase oil? Or are you going to do all three at once? (engine, trans, primary) As ElectraGlideSteve said - all that info is in your owners manual, but for all three holes you'll need to pick up a total of 6 quarts.

What am I missing? What bag?

If you're changing your crankcase oil, drain the oil, put a new filter on and put 4 qts. in the crankcase.
Might want to change the "o" ring on the drain plug while you're at it.

Lol..I call the oil tank the oil bag. Thank's for the info. BTW my bike has an oil drain tube not a plug.

Just to clarify something, 4 quarts is what you need to buy, but not how much you'll be putting in the bike. Pretty sure it calls for 3.5 quarts or so.

Correct, sorry if I mis-lead.
Buy 4, and short the last quart by a few ounces.
Run bike for a few minutes and check the dipstick.
Adjust if necessary.
