Need Help
I have a 2000 Heritage softail classic and on my service they found the inner cam chain tensioner wore out. I had them replace everything with a S&S Cam Gear kit with 510 Cams new lifters, adjustable pushrods and bearings. I was under the impression he was going to jet the carb and he didnt(wants to charge more money to do it). Needless to say it idles and runs at slow speeds like crap and periodically pops through the carb when I down shift and starting out at a stop sign. Wondering if someone knows what size jets I need for the carb. Like I said, 510 cams, TBC, Twinn 88 with 40K miles on the bike. I have the tech manual and want to do this myself. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ray.
