Planning to change my Night Train 2008 oil tank to FXCWC Rocker type. Could somebody check oil tank filler neck id?

Don't know what you mean by "filler neck". The Rocker oil tank doesn't use one.

 

It's a hole in the oil tank where you put dipstick (oil cap) .

 

The oil tank fill hole takes a screw-in cap. Did you want a measurement at the inside or outside of the threads?

 

Now i see why it's so hard to find custom made oil cap for Rocker tank.

Night train dipstick is push-in type and custom made caps can find easily from internet.

I buy OEM cap and machining own kind of head.
