Rocker oil tank
Gone thru two oil tanks an they all keep getting hairline cracks in them. Cracks are like straight lines ???? Wth is causing this,,, anyone know????? Thanks

Cracks in the stock tank? Where at? Just the paint or all the way thru so that oil leaks?

No does not leak. Idk kinda like stress cracks, they are straight lines. Am having tank powder coated an repainted

Mounting locations not quite aligned (on the frame) and maybe you are actually stressing/twisting the tank when you tighten up the bolts? Something to look at anyway.

Straight lines suggest material fault lines .
