Default Bushings for Blackline?

Hey, I ordered a Todd's cycle top tree and rsd risers for my BL. Here is my question. For you guys that have swapped out your trees. Did you use bushings? I am not seeing anywhere for a bushing to fit on top of the tree and not very much room on the bottom either. So if you did what did you use and do I have to have bushings? Cut me some slack I am trying to figure this swap out as I go.

I ran into the same situation, except I had already ordered bushings for the new setup. I am still in the middle of installing the new handlebars, but I am not using the bushings. It looks like they just hard mount. I have todd's cycle top tree and rsd risers as well.

I didn't change my tree but I used these bushings http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/l...line-2011-2013 and ended up with this
