My initial thought was that it was out of balance as well. My Ride Wright's needed a handful of weights. Let us know how it goes. Hopefully that solves your problems!
SAM told me to pull th wheel off for a third time and check it and I did I also put the stock wheel back on and the issue went away. Thanks for all your advice and help.
