I'm kind of burnt out on chrome, the FLSTC has a ton so I blacken where I can. I like the Softail Slim in denim black but it's not a Heritage. Red would be my choice What are those fugly things next to the passenger seat, hand grabs?
Man...two really nice Heritage's, both under a 1000 miles. Can't see how you can go wrong either way...but I'm really liking the 110 Anniversary model. Looking forward to seeing your choice. Good luck!
Sent the guy with the 110 Anna a message have not heard back. expecting a price for the red one in the morning. The red one has had the 1000 mile. and has a lot more warranty left which is worth $1200 or so right there. The 110 has pipes and a few adds Engine guard, foot pegs, I think given the prices are the same I would probably take the 14 and buy slip ons and an engine guard. Test rode it today about 45 miles.
NOTHING like my Ultra, Both good (slow speed handling) and bad (lots more wind buffeting) But my Ultra was too heavy for my riding style. The price on the 14 is probably good but the 15s are just arund the corner which will hamper the 2013
I am not one who thinks the anniversary editions are more valuable. Harley seems to have one every year, LOL
LOVE the tubeless tires on both,,,
The Slim is an outside pick because it may be a $14500 bike if I can swing that, (That is $9500 less than i sold my 14 Ultra for)It has a Stage I and was a really nice ride. Plua being denim black and me not being a serial cleaner suits my style LOL HATE tubed tired though,
