Is that a 140/70-21 up front?

I'm waiting on my 21x3.5 wheel from Black Bike and I'll be doing the big 140 on mine.

They're from John Shopes, Hot Rod bars are what they're called I think??? They were a major improvement from stock, the stock bars were narrow and had me leaning forward, now I sit up more and and my hands are more in front of my shoulders. I like them a lot, never been a fan of apes, and had planned on going beach bars until I saw these on a Road King at a show.

Yea that's a 140/70/21, wanted to keep the Fat Boy Lo look. Most people told me to go with the 120 since it is more common (so I knew it was 140 I was going to use ), but I think it would have taken a lot away from the look our bikes have.
