Looking to change out OE headlight and driving lights to LED on my 2008 heritage softail classic. haven't really shopped to much anyone have any suggestions or pics of this type of switch out. any input is appreciated. thanks
You can buy the Truck Lite brand lights and they are less expensive. However the headlight sticks out past the stock bucket, so you will need a visor or frenched ring to make it look right. The HD headlight fits better, but is much more expensive.

Agreed. I got the TruckLite and then bought the French trim. Much cheaper combo than going for the Daymaker. It's also a plug-and-play solution. About three screws to undo, and the new lamp plugs into the existing headlight socket and fits without modification.
Just make sure you get the correct trim ring for your bike. Lots of people end up ordering the wrong part and then have to modify it to fit their bike. If you get the correct one, there's no modifications required. It bolts up neatly in place of the stock ring.
