Default clutch problem.. quick question.

hey i just replaced my stator this weekend, Now i have everything together, and its running good. But i cant get my clutch adjusted properly.
Everything runs good until i am stopped in first gear.. It wants to creep forward , and wont let me shift out into neutral.

Do i need to do more then a 1/4 turn or less if this is happening??

If you crank the screw till it stops then back off a 1/4 turn it will still be too tight. Back it out, and as soon as you feel the tiniest bit of resistance then back it off a 1/4 turn. If you go past even a tiny bit past the resistance it will not be adjusted right.

Clutch adjustment can be a bit delicate to get just right! Make sure you un-adjust the cable, to introduce plenty of slack, then as per Dusty and reset the cable.
