Default quick clutch question

Bike is jumping forward when I start it. Is the clutch out of adjustment or are the clutch disks warped and in need of replacing?

I need to get some of that stuff you're talking about then. If I don't have the clutch back all the way it might move me a foot or so.

The problem may go away as you put on some miles.

Try the clutch adjustment procedure again. In step 4 where you adjust all the free play from the cable while putting no tension on the cable - what i do is turn the adjuster out until it is gently finger tight, then ensure that there is no free play at the handlebar by turning it a little more if necessary.

Then in step 6 i turn it a little more if necessary to get the 1/16" free play.

Revtech still sells that "old type" transmission fluid, in my bike that "old type" flluid seems to work better.
