Default Further Forward Mids.

Question for any that have tried this.
It seems to me that a 3" longer shift lever would make for almost double the throw.
If you have done this mod, did you notice any difficulty with having to throw the lever that far for shifting?
I really don't want to lose that crisp short throw.

I installed this with about 1½" longer throw. Only difference I noticed was less effort with the greater leverage.
