So what is up with Harley using a Offset Clevis on the foot pegs? I found you can purchase these for $74 Drag Specialties Offset Clevis Footpeg Conversion Kit For Harley Sportster C/V/X 2011-2017. Is anyone making a mini floor board that will fit a Offset Clevis ?

Male mount pegs fit most late-model Harley female peg mounts

30 seconds with a grinder and "clevis be gone"

That is there to help you. It helps people from accidentally voiding their warranty. Did you know 32% of people void their HD warranty by installing aftermarket foot pegs? The more you know. Dont forget to only use HD brand oil and grip glue.

But I'm glad you found the guide. It serves absolutely no purpose other than forcing the unsure to only buy Harley brand foot pegs. Actually kind of disgusting.

 

Had those ugly things on my SuperLow and soon dumped them for the racey straight ones from an XR1200.

 

grind them down than any peg will fit. very easy to do.

 

I kinda like mine like they are.
