Where's a good place to purchase parts for my 1977 XLCH Ironhead sportster?

There isn't that much wiring on an old Ironhead. I pick up most of my electronics on eBay. J&P Cycles has some good stuff, prices can be a little higher than eBay though. Anything else?

Oh probably a front brake master cylinder rebuild kit or the whole assembly with the brake lever and light switch included.

Consider using one of the modern electronic harness kits, which comes with an electronic central distribution box. That incorporates things like indicators and simplifies wiring. They are available on Ebay and some of the custom suppliers. Look for Ultima, although there are other brands. There are normal wiring harnesses on Ebay, worth investigating. The relays etc plus circuit breakers are all stock auto parts, available from any suitable supplier.

Agree with gr. Weak link on most Ironheads is electrical . 41 year old wiring will give you headaches you don’t want. While your at it get yourself some rocker o rings for spares. This will save you a future order. Where you from LRL?
