Default Wire tuck

Hey guys, so I just finished my wire tuck and everything works but the brake sensor. Front or rear is not activated. I'll get my multimeter out and check the fuses tomorrow but if anyone might have a direction I can get pointed towards that would be great

Edit: I just find it weird that both front and rear brake switches are affected.

Forgot to add that my bike is an 01 1200c.

One random thought, if the bike has separate front/rear brake switch sensors then the problem of the brake light not working should not be related to the switches?

You did do an ohm test on the light bulb, right?

SOLVED.

I actually didn't need to, fortunately. I was just going through basic troubleshooting and realized something so basic. So the brake MC and lever is one component while the housing switches are another. I didn't realize that the sensor was in the housing as I thought that by depressing the lever the circuit would be open. It was the opposite of my guess and I didn't have the housing attached when testing to see if all the components worked.

I'm coming from a history of sport bikes and was used to the sensor being built into the master cylinder/lever. So with those bikes the sensor is pushed in when you pull the lever. The HD is designed so that when you pull the lever the switch is released instead of being pushed in. Thats why I didn't install both the MC and the switch housing when testing for functionality.
