What a company...what a level of service! These guys knock it out of the park.
We've all seen their bikes on here.

Well I was lucky enough last weekend to go visit them whilst I was in the US.

I had already been mailing Dawn, who couldn't help me out enough on my order So when I was offered the option to come visit while I was over rather than double the cost of an item due to shipping and taxes, who is going to say no.

The only day I could actually visit was a Saturday, not a problem I am told and when we got there Dawn, Kevin and Dwayne were all there.

As well as my order I had asked if it was possible to have a crash helmet delivered there as I was about to go ride in the Smokies after we left Memphis.
And as I unboxed the helmet Kevin then offered me his bike to go test it....and who is going to turn down the offer to ride that??

We had such a warm welcome and were shown around the workshop..
The level of detail and effort put into their work is amazing.
This is not some big corporation just outsourcing work to manufacturing companies but proper artists making something from nothing.
These guys all take pride in what they do.

So I have to say a big thanks to everyone there for the welcome and excellent customer service...can't rate you highly enough

I thought you went the sportbike route....did you buy another sporty?

 

I want them to build new forks for me.
They are a good bunch of people.

 

aloha! Yes I did get a ninja 300. But when I left Hawaii they wouldn’t ship the bike so sold it.

When i got here to Korea friend of a friend was trying to get rid of his 2014 Iron 883 with 1000 miles for super cheap. Couldn’t resist.

I completely agree!! DK's customer service is fantastic. I had a bunch of questions about the Bitubo shocks last week and Christy was great, answering my multitude of questions and making sure I had the info I needed.

 

I've made at least a dozen purchases from DK and every time they've been awesome.

They always answer my dumb questions politely and the shipping on products is very fast.

Never had issues with any of their products and always great quality.
