I never seen a stuffed animal on one, but I seen a Pug riding on the back of one last week. He had a crate strapped to the back seat. He is their mascot. His name is Buster.

I don't see much of that here... except maybe a couple around Christmas time. Why should I care if someone wants to strap a teddybear to their bike? Maybe there's some sentimental significance... maybe that rider just lost a kid, and strapping one of the child's toys to the bike helps. Maybe not, but who knows?

"Sissys from BACA"?
I know that everyone has their own opinion, but BACA members have my respect for the work they are doingin an effort tosupport and protect abused children.
They are one of the few organized groups that I know of that do more than talk about the problem of child abuse, and actually take a stand and become involved when asked by various 'alphabet agencies'.
They have a lot of friends in the motorcycle community, and many of us have ridden with them in a support mode.
