Default Velocity Stack?
Opinions? Experiences? Brands? I want the stack that points straight out to the side. I will either get one and make a filter for it, or I have seen a 4" version witha cone filter inside. - '07 Nightster

I really like the RSD Velocity Stack in black contrast. But then again, I like all of Roland's designs.

BTW, thats one bad *** nightster man!! Freakin good job! Love the two tone paint

I got a ram air stack pointed in front and its like having a turbo. Don't point it to the side it causes problems with the air flowing over it. Acts more like a straw and sucks the air from your engine and robs power. If I wasn't typing this on my sidekick right now I would ad some more info

Velocity stacks are great if you get a rain sock and put a filter in them. Just don't go for bottom of the barrel, that's my advice. I'm putting one on my bike when my build is done...but I'm going with the Roland Sands Nostalgia and making damn sure I get a sock for it. I've seen some odd **** end up in heads because of ebay specials. If you're gonna do it, do it RIGHT! That's my only advice.

Nice lookin bike, BTW
