Default 74 inch buell blast possible

Has anyone taken apart a buell blast motor? From what I can tell it looks like any other buell motor but missing the rear cylinder. If you have, is there still a provision for four cams and two cylinder? I want to build a 74- 80 inch twin cylinder motor around the buell blast cases if I can find a wrecked buell blast basket case or something

Anything can be done if you have a schitt load of money to spend.
I own a 4 cylinder Colorado and I have thought about JB welding another cylinder to the front of it. Then I would have the same engine as the H3 Hummer.
