Running light problem

I have a 01 883, the leftside front turn light doesn't burn all the time(running light), but does lightup when you put the turn switch on. Does anyone have any suggestions where to start looking?

I'd start by replacing the bulb and cleaning the contacts.

+1 on the bulb just being burnt out.

Agreed, the front signals are dual filament bulbs, meaning that the signal wire, and the running light wire are different, Id say the running light is just burnt.
