Default Question

OK so i just put my wheels back on after getting them back from the powder coater. Everything went back together easy but when i went for a test run around the block i had no rear brake and i cant figure out why for the life of me. I check and theres plenty of fluid in the resevour. Pumped the brakes a bunch of time, tried loosing the nut that connects the brake line to the caliper to check and see if i had air in the the line and the first push of the pedal i got fluid so im lost. Any ideas would be great im gunna get back into it tm after work.

did a break pad fall out when you put it back together? Jack the bike up, spin the wheel and have someone hit the brake, look at the pads for movement. are the pads hitting the disk? did you loosen the rear caliper to remove or install the rear tire? is there a kink in the rear brake line? is there any type of grease or oil on the rear disk?

just things to look for

when you put them on did you pump them a bunch of times to get the pads to seat right? did you change the pads or jst pop the wheels on bud? also make sure your spacers are on the right sides of the wheels. how do those wheels look!

pumped them prolly close to 80 times. spacers are on the right sides. same pads, ive had the back tire off 4 times last year because of 3 flats, did everything the same this time. Im starting to think its the master cyclinder with the reading ive done. completley bleed the rear brake tonight and put all new fluid in. Wheels look good just wish i could ride.
