i have read somewhere that the crome boxes are more apt to leak cuz the croming process was not done exactly flat.

^^^haha not another reason to hate chrome, YES! great info here, i'm sure there are many threads on the forums addressing this issue but you can never have too much info on DIY jobs. good ****.
