whatever you do OP, don't buy that pigster crap. who the hell would want their idle on a new efi to sound like an old ironhead, something it's not. it's like putting pan head rocker box covers on your sporty.....why?

Default sportster EFI idle.

I am thinking of a manual idle control for my 2010 sportster EFI. It seems to take forever for the idle to drop down afterwarming up, and sometimes even after sitting 10-15 minutes, the idle will be extremly high after starting up. I suspect the Idle Control Valve is bad. It also has the habit of surging. I have cleaned it twice. I am not interested in have an extreme low idle speed, I just want it to be consistant and function properly. Is this manual control valve a reliable option over a new electric valve fro H-D?

A power vision can adjust the idle.
