I don't think any Sportsters do, but I could be wrong. No throttle cables running to the carb / TB.

Yup, ECU under the seat. Thing is there are 2 kits, one made for our 07-09 bikes with ECU under the seat, and one for 2010+ with ECU behind rear cylinder. Actually to confuse matters further I don't think Dynojet lists a compatible PC-V for 07-08, but rather then PC-III. It doesn't matter though as the 07-08 is the same as 09.

I'm sure you will get the 07-09 whereas I got the 2010+ since I bought used. You will have a MUCH easier time installing.

I'd much prefer to just flash the factory ECU like I have always done on my V8's, but there was a $400 price difference for me and the PC-V seems to work great. If I have any issues it's coming off in favor of the Power Vision most likely, though I hate paying for the unnecessary hardware.
This almost sounds like it is trapping it in an open loop circuit where the O2 sensor values are not taken into account.

Nope, too hot to do any good though I'm sure there is a product out there for this app. When I sealed an EGR fitting on stainless longtubes I used high temp RTV on the brass fitting, but doubt it was necessary. On these I just tightened em up then put an open end wrench on them and tapped tighter with a light rubber mallet. Stainless is pretty "soft" and will gall some in the threads so they should stay put. I do need to go back and check for leaks with a lit cig. though. Just have to borrow one first.
